The Manager, Single Line RFP & Proposals provides strategic insights and tactical execution of Single-Line RFP’s for the firm’s three legal departments: Intellectual Property, Business Law, and Litigation. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for various practice groups, ensuring all materials are compelling, strategically aligned, and executed with the highest level of quality and precision. This is a highly visible, hands-on, and results oriented position, offering close collaboration with senior leaders of the firm in pursuing revenue generating opportunities. Candidates should be experienced managers with strong project management skills who enjoy execution, can prioritize when working across multiple projects, and are driven to align firm capabilities with client needs to help attorneys proactively win work.
The Proposal Manager will work closely with the Practice Group Chairs, lead partners, business development team, and the broader proposal team, utilizing their project management expertise and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes.This role is a direct report to the Director, Business Development & Marketing and dotted line report to the Senior Manager, RFPs & Proposals.
