Foley is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to provide administrative support to the Central Region Entry-Level Legal Recruiting team. This role will support multiple offices, with a primary focus on law student recruiting and the planning and execution of the region’s annual Summer Associate Programs. The Legal Recruiting Assistant will assist with various campus and law student engagement initiatives throughout the year. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to members of the Central Region Legal Recruiting team in all aspects of law student and entry-level associate recruiting
  • Enter candidates into an applicant tracking system and audit their statuses
  • Assist with the law student interview process, including on-campus interview registration, preparation and distribution of interviewer materials, and participate in the Recruiting Committee meetings, as needed
  • Track and facilitate communication with law students around the interview process
  • Provide support coordinating callback interviews, scheduling logistics and collecting interview evaluations
  • Support the candidate background check process
  • Maintain spreadsheets and recruiting data for reporting and presentation purposes
  • Coordinate with vendors for summer program and recruiting events
  • Assist with viWork Allocation project input and collecting summer associate project evaluations
  • Support planning and execution of summer program events as needed
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests
  • Support data collection and completion of recruiting-related surveys on behalf of the Central region
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as needed in support of the Legal Recruiting team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a professional office environment preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, sound judgment, and initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours as needed

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.

Milwaukee - $44,200 to $57,500

Dallas - $48,600 to $63,300
