Foley & Lardner LLP's Nashville office is seeking a versatile and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our new and growing team! This role is designed to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and provide essential support to our attorneys, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors, inform attorneys of their arrival, and direct guests to appropriate rooms
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks such as meeting planning, client communication, and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative support to the office; including preparing reimbursements, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, maintaining meeting rooms and visitor offices, and notifying building management of maintenance issues
  • Maintain and update visitor office welcome information
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role required, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Strong proofreading and formatting skills
  • Must be able to move and transport packages as part of regular job duties #LI-Onsite

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.

Nashville - $51,300 to $71,800
