We have an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal in our Intellectual Property Department to assist our attorneys in acquiring, protecting, and maintaining trademark rights in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service orientation, possess exceptional attention to detail, superior problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel, clients, and foreign associates.

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley. - San Diego, Denver, Chicago, Dallas & Houston: $82,700 - $149,300
- Los Angeles: $86,300 - $155,700
- Boston, New York & Washington DC: $89,900 - $162,300
- Silicon Valley & San Francisco: $94,100 - $170,000
