Are you preparing for a career in law or a business-related field? Gain valuable, practical, hands-on experience with Foley & Lardner LLP as a Clerical Assistant.  The Clerical Assistant will work full time during breaks and 10-15 hours during the academic year.  

Responsibilities

  • Organize and digitize documents and ensure documents are saved to the correct locations within the document management system
  • Support attorneys with clerical tasks 
  • Filing
  • Print projects/requests
  • Prepare packages for correspondence
  • Assist with time entry 
  • Invoices/requesting checks
  • Assist with mailings and binder assembly
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; pursuing an undergraduate degree as a Sophomore or Junior strongly preferred  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous office experience preferred

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.

- Milwaukee: $16 - $20 per hour
