Foley & Lardner is seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This position requires proven experience supporting Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and it offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters involving high-stakes IP disputes with a strong focus on ITC proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills; ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive projects; willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally; self-motivation and the ability to work independently; ability to work effectively within a team and with all levels of personnel; superior knowledge of legal terminology, documents and the legal process; excellent research and analytical skills; and high-level attention to detail.
Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act this San Diego based position is between $82,700 - $115,800 and this Los Angeles based postion is between $86,300 - $120,800 . These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
