Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team! The Coordinator will provide high quality accounting and administrative support with strong commitment to customer service within the Accounting & Finance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor statement reviews
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process accordingly in the accounting system
  • Review vendor invoices to ensure they adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Monitor shared e-mail inbox daily and provide timely responses and feedback to inquiries
  • Research and resolve pending invoices to allow for timely processing
  • Special projects and other duties as identified by Accounts Payable Manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of accounts payable experience required
  • Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred #LI-Hybrid

Pursuant to the Illinois Equity Pay Act the salary range for this Chicago based position is between $56,400 - $79,000.  These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
