The Manager, Legal Support provides day-to-day and long-term management of Assistants in support of attorney workflow in the Tampa office. The Manager acts as the liaison between Administration, Human Resources, department chairs, practice group leaders and the team. The Manager communicates and enforces policies and procedures, resolves issues that impact productivity, manages workflow and ensures that performance meets firm standards. This person must effectively problem solve with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making and maintain discretion and respect for confidentiality. They must also have outstanding comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate courteously and effectively with attorneys, business professionals, clients and vendors.
